As a fully qualified teacher and dedicated tutor, I am passionate about inspiring a love of learning in every child. With over six years of teaching experience and a specialism in primary mathematics, I provide engaging, personalised support to help children build confidence and achieve their full potential.

I am DBS checked, fully insured, First Aid trained, SEN trained and Trauma-Informed, ensuring a safe, supportive and inclusive learning environment for all children.

Our daughter passed both the 11+ exam and the Upton entrance exam and we are so grateful for the first class tutoring provided my Miss Hallal.

I was initially a little nervous at the idea of selecting an 11+ tutor for our daughter because we wanted to make sure that she would build a bond with the tutor and therefore find the sessions less of a chore. When we heard Miss Hallal had availability, there was no question that we would sign up! Her ability to engage and inspire children is fantastic. She has a bubbly, welcoming personality mixed with a strong work ethic and she was the perfect choice for our daughter.

Miss Hallal genuinely cares about the children she tutors and this is evident in the effort she pours into planning each session for the needs of the individuals and sprinkling it with fun!

Homework is set and marked consistently and any areas of weakness are addresssed immediately.

Communication is so thorough and individual to support the needs of each child and extra sessions are provided near to the exams to ensure the children are ready.
Miss Hallal is also able to offer help with the admin side of the 11+… she will keep you up to date with deadlines!

Free Parent Telephone Consultations

This gives us the opportunity to discuss your child’s individual needs and how tutoring can support them. We will talk about their strengths, areas for development, learning style, interests as well as what tuition sessions look like. It is also a chance for you to ask any questions and arrange a trial session.

Trial Sessions

A trial session provides an opportunity for me to meet your child and family in person within the comfort of your home. During the session, I will carry out an informal assessment on the learner to gain a deeper understanding of your child’s ability and learning style. We will also discuss learning goals and how tuition can be tailored to help your child grow in confidence and achieve their fullest potential.
